GSBK BIURO KONSTRUKCYJNE, although under different names (Exit s.c., GSB Biuro Konstrukcyjne, Biuro Konstrukcyjne), has operated continuously since 1992. Its pillar and the main founder was dr hab. inż. Jan Grabacki, a professor, a long-time academic worker and a lecturer at Cracow University of Technology and, subsequently, Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski Krakow University.

The year 1998 marked the beginning of a close co-operation between Jan Grabacki and mgr inż. Mariusz Szefer. The following months brought the transformation that made the company – with but a few modifications of its name and logo – what it is today.

In 1998 the team consisted of a several graduates of Cracow University Of Technology at prestigious faculties such as Computational Mechanics and Theory of Engineering Structures. The company kept growing and acquiring more and more experience by accepting interesting, custom and even seemingly impossible projects, vast majority of which have been completed and stand today as the proof of the company’s quality.

At present, the company boasts a highly qualified team, carefully selected from the students and postgraduate students of Jan Grabacki, people who are willing to undertake even the most complicated tasks commissioned by the investors.

In 2007, after Jan Grabacki’s decease, the ownership was passed to Mariusz Szefer, Magda Grabacka-Kilarska, Przemysław Ruchała and Jarosław Zdeb. Together with the employees they have continued the professor’s work ever since. In the same year the company expanded its services to include the architectural design.

GSBK Biuro Konstrukcyjne is an employer of numerous Polish Technical Universities graduates. Its professional management and logistics enable to finish the entrusted tasks carefully and within the deadlines. The tangible proof of the company’s capabilities and its best recommendation is a long list of completed projects, many of which are the landmarks of Krakow and other cities of Poland.
