Design author's supervision
A new hospital building with a total area of 27,100 m², designed in a reinforced concrete flat slab-column system with separated structural segments and shear cores. The structure was adapted to increased live loads, high safety classification (CC3/RC3), and medical technology requirements.
The project was developed using BIM methodology with a coordinated 3D model and drone-based site scanning.
