GSBK was founded through the shared vision and expertise of Professor Jan Grabacki and Mariusz Szefer. To this day, we remain guided by the values that formed the foundation of our company: the pursuit of excellence, high quality, and creative collaboration. These principles shape our approach and define the way we tackle new engineering challenges.
Today, the shareholders of GSBK are Mariusz Szefer, Przemysław Ruchała, Magdalena Grabacka-Kilarska and Marzena Lebica. By combining diverse experience, expertise, and perspectives, they jointly support the company’s future growth while creating the conditions for the continuous improvement of both the organization and its people.
The strategic direction of GSBK is led by the Management Board, consisting of Mariusz Szefer and Przemysław Ruchała, supported by a management team responsible for the company’s key areas of operation. Together, we ensure the efficient functioning of the organization, the high quality of our projects, and strong, partnership-based relationships with our clients.
Today, we employ nearly 100 professionals across five offices in Poland, enabling us to operate efficiently in a wide range of engineering disciplines and respond to diverse market needs. We collaborate with renowned architects, delivering structural solutions for projects of varying scale and complexity.
