Graduate of the Theory of Engineering Structures programme at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology. She has been associated with GSBK since September 2001. She holds unrestricted structural engineering design qualifications.

An experienced Structural Designer who has been involved for many years in the delivery of complex construction projects and the development of project team competencies. In her work, she combines technical expertise, extensive design experience, and strong team leadership skills.

A Partner at GSBK, she serves as a Team Manager, responsible for managing a project team, supporting employee development, and ensuring the high quality of project delivery. She coordinates the team's work, supports project planning and organization, and ensures the effective use of resources and continuity of project execution.

She actively contributes to the development of team members’ competencies, promotes knowledge sharing, and fosters a work environment based on collaboration, accountability, and mutual support. An important aspect of her role is the continuous improvement of project delivery standards and the development of team management practices that support the organization’s objectives.
