At GSBK, he serves as Organization Leader, IT Manager, and Commercial Proxy, overseeing the development and coordination of key organizational support functions. He is responsible for the IT, Administration, and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring effective collaboration and the achievement of objectives that support the company’s growth.

His work focuses on optimizing organizational processes, developing management-supporting tools, and implementing innovative technological solutions. He is responsible for business process development and automation, as well as the design and development of proprietary software that supports the organization’s operations. By combining process-oriented thinking with technological and managerial expertise, he contributes to building a modern, efficient, and scalable organization.

He actively participates in shaping GSBK’s development strategy, strengthening internal communication, and creating a work environment based on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
