Graduate of Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology. He holds unrestricted structural engineering design qualifications.

A Structural Designer with extensive experience in delivering construction projects of varying scale and complexity. His work focuses on developing effective technical solutions, ensuring efficient coordination of design processes, and maintaining the highest standards of project quality.
At GSBK, he serves as Operations Leader and Commercial Proxy, responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of project teams and ensuring the efficient delivery of projects. He monitors schedules, project progress, and resource allocation, ensuring timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and smooth cooperation between teams, clients, and external partners.

He actively supports the development of project teams, the implementation of organizational improvements, and the enhancement of operational standards. His work is focused on process optimization, automation of selected business areas, and fostering a work environment based on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. By combining engineering expertise with experience in organizing and managing design processes, he contributes to the effective and efficient delivery of GSBK projects.
