Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology, specializing in Building and Engineering Structures.

She began her professional career at GSBK, where she worked between 2003 and 2014 as an Assistant Structural Designer and later as a Structural Designer. In 2014, she established her own design practice, be37, which she successfully managed for the following decade, gaining extensive experience in both structural design, business management, and cooperation with investors.

She is currently back at GSBK, where she serves as Key Account Manager and Structural Designer. She is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating proposal and tender processes, and supporting business development activities aimed at acquiring new contracts. Her work focuses on building partnership-based relationships, identifying client needs, and creating solutions that address investor expectations and market requirements.

She actively cooperates with project and operational teams, ensuring efficient communication between clients and the organization while maintaining a high standard of service throughout every stage of cooperation. By combining technical expertise with business experience and negotiation skills, she supports GSBK’s growth and the development of lasting relationships with the company’s business partners.
