Graduate of Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology, specializing in Building and Engineering Structures.

His main areas of interest include reinforced concrete, steel, and timber structures, as well as the practical aspects of geotechnical design in complex ground and groundwater conditions. His professional experience also includes foundation optimization, analysis of various deep excavation support systems, particularly in the vicinity of existing developments, and solving complex geotechnical challenges.

He specializes in large-scale earthworks and site grading projects, as well as the preparation of engineering documentation serving as execution guidelines for earthworks operations.

At GSBK, he serves as HR Leader, responsible for the development of the company’s people strategy and for fostering a work environment that supports employee growth and the achievement of organizational goals. He coordinates recruitment processes, supports leaders in team management, develops talent acquisition and development initiatives, and contributes to shaping an organizational culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In his role, he combines engineering expertise with a deep understanding of people and organizational needs, supporting the development of competencies and engagement across GSBK teams.
